Sometimes talking is the best therapy. This service offers one-to-one cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) face-to-face or on the phone. You don’t need a GP referral. Just call or email to book an appointment.

A GP can take a rounded view of your physical and mental health. After an assessment, they might direct you to an appropriate service, prescribe medication if needed or suggest self-care therapies. The service offers a choice of traditional or app-based GP consultations and is open to your partner and children if you’ve added them on Spectrum.
